FNB AA ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Good Day On Friday 10 th August at about 12 o'clock I was in an accident and I contacted FNB AA Roadside Assistance for assiatance in towing my car.I have given all my information to consultant and was told that I will b contacted as they needed to 1st get validation/authorisation as to see if policy is up to date before they could send n tow truck. I then waited about 15 mins and then decided to call them again which i was told that they still waiting for validation and I was told again that i would be contacted. Then I waited and no one called....I then called again and explained to them that where my car is standing i could cause another accident and that I was also approached by 4 tow trucks which where fighting over my car which they wanted to tow but I insisted to those people that I was waiting on fnb aa roadside assistance which I was told again to wait abit as they need validation...and at that tym i insisted to speak to supervisor(shaun) which then spoke to me and he could also just say they waiting for validation .

After an 1hr I got a call back to say validation came through and they will be sending some one...how long do a person need to wait in order to be assisted on the road and waiting an hour for validationis ridiculous .While waiting for validation from FNB AA RA ,towtruck drivers got violent and wanted to fight over my car ...and also where my car was standing I could've caused another accident.

I then told them that while I was waiting so long for validation i decided to contact an reliable towtruck driver which took about 10 mins to get to me and that I would then claim back (which Shaun th supervisor told me I could do)....I was then told that they would contact me for all information for claim and up until now no one has called.

I am very disappointed in the service.
