Went to withdraw an ewallet then my money got stuck. Went to ask for assistance, the lady was very friendly and helpful. She also mentioned that a lot of people have been reporting the same issue from the same atm. They should have just closed the ATM instead of causing such inconvenience. Now I have to wait 24hours to get my money back.
