Fnb .......

I'm a fnb client and have been with them for a while, constantly getting these notifications on my app for the FNB CONNECT contract . I then tried calling fnb connect to my luck I've been trying to get hold of them for 1 week , left my contact details with the call centre agent and I'm still waiting. There lack of service just giving me another reason to move my whole business profile and personal profile to a bank that actually wants my money. I'm extremely disappointed with fnbs overall service level , they don't have much to offer there business banking clients nor do they have much to offer for private banking.
