This is for FNB Credit card Legal department.My account was under debt review but has been paid up and removed from the deb review process since June 2021.I have been trying to close the account which still displays on my profile. When I call the call centre number *** there is no answer and the calls get cut eventually. and emails do not get answered at all(***.I tried logging a complaint on fnb website and have not had any response since the 12/09=reference ***F. I would really like to finalize the matter. Also received confirmation that FNB owes a credit amount to me, which has been laying there for over a year.
