FNB a waste

Good morning I being chatting to an agent regarding my debit order that was disputed and needed to be into my account today. 5h3 agent says that she can not see and record or details of what I'm saying to her. So FNB is robbing me of my monies, I'm having endless problem with FNB. They don't how to give good service to their clients. I need my monies into my account today.
