FNB a total useless bunch of idiots

Okay,

So to continue with the ebucks issue not being resolved... I am now missing R1200. I told the individual i spoke with about this and she said it's due to outstanding card authorizations. I checked online immediately and it showed nothing was outstanding. I was told that the issue would be resolved on the 25th but nothing has happened. I have told the lady whose handling the query that I am under debt review and every cent counts.

On the 26th I called the lady and explained that nothing has been changed and I need those funds because I have stuff to pay for. She indicated she would get back to me. Also to add... she said she can't do anything with regards to the ebucks and this is out of her hands now even though she was handling the query.

This issue will probably go back to the same individual but I am not here to name and shame individuals.

All I am asking for is my R1200 back immediately and my ebucks.
