Fnb a total pain. No help

<p>So i made a mistake and paid someone twice from fnb to capitec. I call fnb 10min later but they refuse to assist me. Its been so difficult dealling with fnb. Im not safe. Can i have mu.money back please frm fnb. The call centres branches are just all useless</p>
