FNB, A Sickening, Rotting, Excuse for Service

NOTE: Whoever attends to this should refer to my account notes<br> <br> However,a ********** debit order went off on my account. I had to literally call FNB between 10-15 times, to get to the correct person (not by virtue of me not knowing how to work a phone,but by either the agent dropping the call,or incorrect transfer. <br> <br> Eventually I managed to speak to Tammy who assisted with reversal of the debit, and informed me of how to cancel the debit order,which I did (via cellphone).<br> <br> I further instructed her to log an urgent query with the ***** or relevant department, which she did,and informed me I would receive feedback within 48 hours.This was supposed to have happened by 13 November, its 29 November today.<br> <br> So once again I call in and low and behold, they inform me that a person by name Faith Neela tried calling me to inform me that I should contact the company directly.Now 2 things very wrong here. 1 - She apparently called me once (which is incorrect as no trace of this call exists on my phone,nor voicemail. and 2 - I had informed the previous agent that I already called the source company,hence the reason for me logging the ********** query.<br> <br> NO BENEFIT AT ALL.<br> <br> WISH MORE CHARACTERS
