Fnb a ****!!!

I've been trying to decrease my overdraft limit for months now. I can't do it on the app and when I try to log on to Fnb I get a message that I have a linked fnb app and should use it. I would if I could. Why can't an overdraft be decreased on the app? Isn't that why there's an app. To make banking easier? Is this a **** to keep us in debt. With Absa I was even able to load a monthly installment to pay it off. Argh...why did I switch to be frustrated like this!
