FNB A ****

I have an unauthorized that went off my account last month of R3000 I tried calling a recorded voice note is all I get ;the dispute and stop debit order option is no longer there . In these hard financial times we currently facing in SA a bank we trusted with our money can't even assist .FNB must respond !!!
