FNB A ****! Ripping me off !

In all honesty I now feel it's the right time to open a case against FNB ! why I'm forced to continue with a funeral cover plan I no longer want and have made request for it to be closed !

Please FNB close my FNB funeral cover plan or make the option available on the App to close it down you are a bunch of ****mers in suits I will take this matter to the insurance omsbud or banking omsbud !
