FNB - a rip-off

fnb have deducted money for my account when i ask team of bankers, they said this was mention in a price guide. When i checked they have put tolerance limit on my account without my concern. For any financial transaction with a bank one has to agree and signed for the agreement but in my case that didn't happen. Now i was told fnb has honored payment on my behalf and they charge R110 for each transaction.I did swipe several times and they deducted R110 for each transaction.I have requested for them to pay back my money.I have been enjoying banking with FNB,heard about FNB being a rip-off ,now i believe its true this is a ripoff
