FNB a ****** bank with no regard to black professionals/clients

I am home owner with an FNB home loans bond, and for the last 2 months i have been experiencing issues with how FNB deals with my account. Last month I paid them and a day later they deducted bond money for the second time when I ask for my money I am told that I should fill in a form and wait for two weeks and pay penalties for the money that in the first place belongs to me. I decided to let it slide, and informed them to keep the money and not deduct bond for the following month (November). I tried to phone my private banker who made me feel like a sub human. I am a private wealth account holder and yet when I phone my private banker she tells me to call the private suite, (One in such an ill-treatment ought to wonder if is it not because I am black) in all occasions I have tried to call she tells me that she is busy I must call the suite.

I sold my house and FNB was dully paid what belongs to them, however this morning I was surprised to see another debit order from this ****** institution that is FNB. When I call again I am told it is the system issue, and I must apply to get my money as there is nothing that they can do which will be subjected to penalties.
