FNB A POOR SHOW

I opened an account for my website and cannot use my account i have been requested to submit fica docs which i have done numerous times i phone the call centre who puts me through to business banking then accounts and then no one can help me i must speak to the fica department and i sat on hold for over 30 min with no answer with a tired recording saying ( we are experiencing hi call volumes) how many people work at FNB i assume 3 or 4 its totally pathetic..i can transfer money in but can do anything else
