FNB -A Never Ending Story

I am still struggling with my virtual cards. It's been weeks now and there is no joy from FNB. I also changed to Fusion accounts and my other cards were just cancelled Andi was not informed. At the merchant, the transaction kept saying denied but I have no idea why. Calling the call centre in then informed my cards were cancelled.Why was I. Ot I formed of this? I'm still Struggling with EBUCKS ALSO. FNB, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO JIST GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME????? Can someone help me to sort all this. PLEASE!!
