FNB a messed up bank with zero service level

It has been a month a week that FNB has pathetically failed complete a refund caused by a faulty ATM which does not does not get maintained regularly neither the software updated. It is evident that all FNB adverti*****ts are downright false. A bank with a slogan that says how can we help you yet lacks streamlined process, FNB is a total mess with zero service level etc.
