FNB - a joke.

The worse bank to close your account with.

I am apparently the first client in the history of FNB, that’s closed their Cheque account but still has investment account with them , and unable to cash it out because I was not informed that I need to have a FNB account to pay it into. After several back and forth, I decided to open an aspire account so I can cash out my investment - but I keep receiving an error message stating no bank account found to pay it into. I spoke to a consultant and she is in disbelief about this and has to get IT involved. However I haven’t heard from them since and there seems to be no urgency on their side for me to disinvest my funds.
