FNB- a hot mess

I have been a client of FNB since I was a child and my mom opened my account. I have always LOVED this bank .Over the last couple of months the level of service delivery has dropped below 0. I closed off an account its still reflecting open 1 month later, My homeloan debit orders stopped going through( they cant even pick up why it changed) and for 3 months they are unable to fix it- essentially costing me money monthly now- I dropped off paperwork almost 2 years ago- they only contacted me a month ago to say they never received it. I am not sure what is going on there but please FNB-clean up your house!
