FNB a division of keep you in debt

FNB a division of ***** you over and keep you in debt longer than the Lockdown.... I've been calling FNB loan department for the past month.... it all started when I decided to not have a December and pay off both personal loans... That was the beginning of my demise as it seems that FNB firmly wants to keep me debt as I've called their loans department on a daily basis like we're are dating... let alone the way they transfer you around like you are a damn Ewallet.... and that stupid automated voice that doesn't work when you tell her what you need help with... I Paid off my loans and too my surprise was still debated after settling my loans... they refunded one loan back but as soon as the new month started i seen that I now owe them the money that they have refunded back. bare in mind they haven't even closed my loan accounts and it seems that the interest rates on these damn things go up every time I breathe even after closing them... I am disappointed and disgusted by this bank as I've been with them for over a number of years... Please just close my loan accounts so I can close my account with you lot. with your agents telling me the same thing I think they even red flaged my number cause now I am hold for hours I'm sick
