FNB A DISGRACE

First National Bank has attached my account with two other people's credit cards whom I dont . Now I have spent the past two weeks on calls . Being sent from one department to another. With no outcome. No response from them whatsoever. I spent an hour in my main branch. To be told there is no way that they can help me .
