FNB a ******** organisation?

A payment from my side ended up into a duplicate FNB account, you heard it correct, FNB has duplicate accounts. Clearly they don't follow the law, rules and regulations form the Central Reserve Bank! In fact FNB denies the existence of a duplicate while Nedbank provided the very proof. To open an account one has to give legitimate identification, clearly FNB is breaking the law here as well as they claim their client does not exist! Lets see FNB how different the note will be on the fiddle as the media is now involved so were charges made against FNB and Mrs. Janet Dlamini (the account holder that does not exist). The local branch claims the account was frozen, no proof was provided and zero assistance besides a worthless document denying everything. Shame on you protecting *********...or does it come from within your own ranks?
