FNB - A COMPLETE WASTE OF A BANK
I know hate is a strong word, but I am hating this bank. It’s been an accumulation over time and I am over it all. Over the poor excuses, the pathetic service, the arrogance when ***** is being attempted on your account and no one giving a damn. The stupid processes that are so cumbersome it’s like steering a titanic to miss an iceberg. I have closed almost everything with this useless bank and finally to a point to downgrade my last account and leave it bobbing. Another mission impossible. Agents will not help, not reply. Can’t reach you then too bad for you, query thrown out. FNB you are useless and a sorry excuse of a business.

To date I have logged a direct complaint with FNB and still nothing !
This is the worst service ever.
I will not recommend anyone to FNB.

I DO NOT recommend FNB.
I have tried Private, Premier etc. with FNB and it’s all the same with ZERO service.
No one at this institution gives a care about your queries, requests or your money trying to be ****** or of your account.
