FNB - A Ces****l of *********** people

I have been in the process of selling my apartment which FNB Holds the bond of.

The Transfer attorneys have requested the Cancellation figures on my bond on the 16th of October already, and we are not receiving anything from FNB.

Today when speaking to my private wealth banker, I was informed that Charmaine van Diemen has been sitting with everything - she has not sent anything through.

This useless individual is risking the whole sale of my property. I am now lodging a formal complaint with the Ombudsman for Banking Services, as this is unacceptable.
