FNB A bunch of *******

I am sick of FNB *****ing my money! How the hell does fnb charge R120 unpaid fees for R11 tollgate that was not paid. please tell me why ? It is not my fault the tollgate didnt go off immediately however I the client gets penalised! R120 for a R11 unpaid fees is totally unacceptable. I want this unpaid charges reversed! So basically FNB feels that it is ok to charge me R199 bank fees and then penalise me for something that is not my fault and charge me an additional R240! what the hell?? This needs to be reveresed. FNB how can we help u?? its a joke, its more like how can we ***** from you!
