FNB A BUNCH OF *******

FNB - you are a bunch of ******* i settled a small loan that i had with you - where i was being charged some ridiculous interest rate I ACTUALLY CANNOT believe this I owed R6190.31 My settlement was R6276.04 - which i paid with no argument Now they are charging me R85 to close the account (Auto Close Credit Settlement fee) How is this allowed ??? im sure that the ombudsman from the NCA would have something to say about this - firstly how can the settlement amount be more than what was owing and then to charge a Auto Close Credit Settlement as well - Seriously you banks ARE A BUNCH OF *******
