FNB a bunch of ***********

My Father has passed away and FNB is not any help to sort out his Estate. We had to spend hours in the bank with no result as yet. They are totally *********** and we need to pay money into his FNB accounts to close the Estate, When we went to the bank the lady Supervising gave a little chuckle and asked why we are in such a rush to pay off this debt. It might be a laughing matter to FNB but to us its a chapter we would like to close but FNB is not taking this as serious as I feel like they should. TOTALLY INHUMANE BANK that does not CARE about their CLIENTS.
