FNB a bunch of ******!

We have been waiting for our money for almost a year! FNB is a bunch of ****** no one responds to emails and complaints! we just want out money back we have handed in all relevant documents asked of us but no we don't get our money and no feedback. Nkoketseng Motene is the most useless consultant/business banker and has been trying to assist to no success. We want our money back or this matter will be taken further!
