FNB a brand that will never learn but loose its market share by taking from the low income earners.
After making arrangement with attorneys appointed by FNB for collection in February, FNB without prior communication nor warning dedcuted an amount of R4500 from my account without considering that it will impact the house hold income. There after I made a call only to be attanded by an arrogant call centre agent that wasn't willing to assist me.
I would like to warn unsuspecting customers of FNB's trends and operational processes. First they will mislead you, second assign *********** consultants, the later *****.
To FNB as a brand, be smart enough to realize when a customer that previously closed an account due to bad experiance returns. It's business you keep, Capitec Bank has taken a large number of your customers and that is where I will returns for simple reasons. Not only is it expensive to keep my account open I realize the little money I earn will never be safe under your brand.
