FNB a bank that has no loyalty.

I have banked with FNB for over 17 years. I landed in financial difficulty once in those 18 years for 12 months. I bought over 10 cars through FNB. I bought 2 houses all of which I paid up in full. During my period of problems I did not run away from my obligations. I made all my payments on time and cleared all my debts within 12 months of the 48 months I was given. Yet I can't open any new accounts with FNB. I can't even speak to anybody in the bank I can only apply through their online channel. So FNB no more has a person you can speak to. Every time I apply I get denied. This bank is useless and treats you like dirt after they made millions out of me.
