FNB A BANK OF INCOMPETENCE

I started a process on or about 14 April 2021 to obtain a bank guarantee which is required by SARS regarding Excise Tax to be paid for Liquor products we manufacture (Earthbound Distillery (PTY) LTD. This process we were promised is a 14 day process. It is now 2.5 month later and the FNB Securities department and its EXTREMELY *********** people have yet to do what is required by SARS. We have been UNABLE to sell some of our products due to the fact that SARS cannot/will not issue us the required Excise numbers as the bank guarantees are not issued, and are Totally incorrect. I have been paying a liquor Lawyer HUGE amounts to facilitate the process and still we are unable to get the correct documents from FNB. So I am paying to get the work done but with NO SUCCESS. FNB your people that I have been dealing with is TOTALLY *********** and SHOULD BE REPLACED with PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK AND HAVE PRIDE IS CLIENT SERVICE. Change your slogan of "How can we help" to HOW CAN WE JOIN GOVERNMENT AND DESTROY especially small start up business.
