FNB *****

Rooting from a family dispute FNB was alerted for *****.

Subsequently the alert was retracted and affidavits submitted verifying the transactions.

The investigating officer however Sithembiso Mhlambi, after receiving all this information still has not contacted us nor has he unfroze the accounts, he went further and alerted other banks and froze our personal accounts aswell.

We can’t get a hold of him and neither can the ***** department get a hold of him.

We have been disabled to the extent where we cannot pay school fees, or medical aid Wi-Fi everything was cut off because this man just refuses to communicate.

We tried contacting a manager to no avail.

We wrote a compliant on FNB website but have not received any feedback.

All the requirements have been satisfied and we need a resolution as soon as possible
