FNB :(

We joined Fnb and my Wife joined under a spousal option . She is Paying the Spousal fees and everything . She cant earn Ebucks cause ebuks tells her shes not under the Spousal option . its been a struggle from day 1 . Everytime she goes into the branch or chat to them its something else , its just a waste of time embrasing Fnbs Ebuck Partners They have to work on theire inter communication , Maybe its time for another bank , feels like they dont care once they have you as a client
