Changed business account from.other bank due to high bankcosts. Used account for 3 weeks no problems. Then Saturday they froze account because of paperwork missing. After establishing they never send document we received it on Saturday. Filled in and took it to bank. Can't pay staff and still account not accessible and now we must go to durbanville because nobody know what's going on. My business is suffering because of this. Don't know what to do anymore. Private banking few years with them but this is the worst service we have ever received from any bank. A disgrace
