FNB *****.
Do you guys have an internal ***** problem? A lot of people have been complaining about FNB *****. I've just been a victim of it. (Not for the first time.) It’s always the same process: Reported transaction. Block card. Order a new one which I must pay for. Wait a few months to experience it. Repeat. So, I must ask again. Does FNB have a internal ***** issue?
Was somewhat part of the email I had sent to FNB complaining about their *****. On Sunday the 10 September while at home, watching the rugby I got charged x2 R665.53 pay-pal transactions. I immediately logged the transactions as ***** & next step was to block the card as the FNB app directs you to, which I did. Next steps I mentioned the same incident to my service chat suite. Actually, to date, I have had numerous chats with them and to date – nothing useful. Following day, called the ***** department, line. I waited. I was on hold for too long. Same day I reported the matter to my private banker, first I was informed that a ***** investigation turnaround is about 10-days – we are now way past those 10 days and one of the last responses I got was “am I sure I reported the *****” 14 days odd days later. In between the waiting, the 2x *****ulent transactions were reversed back into credit card. I queried this with the service chat suite. They could not explain the miracle. Unfortunately for me my miracle was short enjoyed as a day later the money was taken out again. Mind you my card is still cancelled; I have a pending ***** investigation. Yet the double deduction took the funds again.
Till now, no refunds. No proper feedback. Nothing.
Again, I will ask, does FNB have an internal ***** issue?
