My late husband's pension fund was paid out to me after more than 9 months. On our 42nd Anniversary. I was over the moon. At last! Then FNB decided this is ********** and put a hold on my account. I couldn't even bought bread and milk. I was first in shock. Then I was furious. Who gave them the right to do that to me? I've send them an email to complain and after 2 days no response. No apology at all. Needless to say I'm not a happy Chappy
