FNB

Im currently very upset with fnb as im getting no "right department" as im getting shover around and no one gives little effort on my account as no one can refer the right people nor the right department this is very sad that one has to struggle this bad to clear things up 3years already becuase no one can make the right choices or dont know what to do. of numorers emails as well as branch visits nothing gets done is there any way i can take this further
