FNB

I needed to reset my password,stuck on the airport. Called business card centre at 10 to be told will get a call back,again at 10:15 and again at 14: 00 and again at 14:00. No call back whilst making promises..now I'm stuck .all promises that my query will be escalated...less than 1 star performance FNB. N
