FNB

I have been with FNB for many years and in the past years I have taken a contract phone with them and paid off and then I took another one and what is disappointing is that you don't see what is owing in their app and there's nothing show that you have a contract phone and they feed you with statement that doesn't the balance owing, itt's keep hidden and even in their app there's a smart device section and is kept empty. At first contract took a tablet and paid off without seen it appearing in their app and then the second phone was XIAOMI REDMI 9A and this is about to end on 25/05/2024 and I had to ask today to get that the above-mentioned phone contract is coming to an end on 25 May 2024 but still is not in the app and I have taken a third phone contract last year and also is not in their app but there's a smart device section when taken a product from fnb and it supposed to show in that section that how many months remaining and balance and the history of payment but none of that in the app.
