FNB ****!!!

When I woke up this morning and wanted to buy airtime on my app I had a shock of my life. I had a negative balance of R2494.00 with reference "Mac and Things" I then called FNB to enquire about this unknown transaction and was put through numerous starting with ***** department of which they transferred me to another department and they told me that I made a transaction in September 2024 and it pended up until today 11 February 2025. They said that the money was paid back into my account of which I have no record of on my statement and now after 5 full months they took the money out of my account and since there was no funds they added another R200.00 as "item paid no funds" I was livid and the guy I soke with said he will transfer me to someone who can assist in answering the question on why this transaction does not appear on my bank statement and why it took them 5 months to clear the transaction. I waited for someone to answer the call for over 30 minutes and was cut off. I am so disappointed with the service and treatment from FNB and I have no choice to actually go to the nearest branch to move banks this is absolutely bull where am I supposed to get this money from, the guy even had the audacity to say that it will be taken off as soon as there is money in my account, what bull is this?
