FNB

I have been debited an amount of R582.86 by HOMECHOICERID without me actually knowing about home choice nor having any affiliation with them. As of today I dont think I have ever heard of them. How does FNB allolw such transactions go through? I thought they provided better security than that, I guess not. How did this trascation even occur, how do they have access to my details? I am very disappointed and as that FNB reverase and stop any future such transactions oocuuring.
