FNB

I had a Kulula credit card and when the airline ceased to exist, I was offered to take up another card with FNB which I declined. Subsequently whatever debt was outstanding I settled The issue lies where I have contacted FNB Card Division on numerous to obtain a settlement figure, all to no avail as no-one can help with regards anything to do with the Kulula. I must have made 20 calls over a period of 3 months and to date can still not find anyone who can assist me. With the debt being settled, I want a letter of confirmation from FNB to confirm there is no debt outstanding. As a previous employer of FNB/RMB I can highly recommend that this is one bank to avoid at all costs.
