Been with this bank for more that 15 years all together

WOW!!!! I leave my account unattended for month when i come back to check my money that was deposited it is gone

I had a purchase from BusBud that went through while I have less than the purchase price

I dont have overdraft

if i make payments with insufficient funds i get declined but this purchace came off and 3 days later I was deposited money in the account and guess what it was deducted from this.

I logged a ticket with ***** dept which are rude and not sympathetic 2 weeks from now and no one ever bothered to keep the customer informed

i called now and spoke to a self centred Cavin who just kept me on the line for 15mins to tell me "I will be contacted next week for final verdict"

I HAD RESPECT AND LOVE FOR THIS BANK AND WAS HAPPY ALL THIS TIME. DECEMBER MY MOTHER WAS HACKED AND COUSIN USING FNB
