FNB

I am disgusted with FNB. Money from my paypal account was transferred to my mothers FNB account about 2 weeks ago. The amount shows 0 on my paypal account and pending in th FNB account. It has been pending for 1 week now and still no news when it will be completed. I tried contacting FNB yet the numbers provided on the FNB paypal website does not go through. We went to FNB on 13/02/2020 as the only response from the consultant is to wait. NO phone calls were made to paypal or anyone for more information. Is there something I missed or did not do correctly?
