I transferred money into a wrong account but I haven't gotten any help from fnb I reported the same day I did the transfer but they said I should wait for 10 days which the person used the money and they told me to go make arrangements with the person I don't know and they don't want to give me the person's details they refared me to my private banker they haven't responded to her also please I need your help
