Very unprofessional service from the call Centre agents, my bank account has been fraunded and I layed a complaint a case no. was given it's been 6 days today and no one has called me on feed back, called them today 5 times and no agent have the decency to return my call regarding this matter, won't recommend anyone to use fnb.
