KG Kerosha G 1 review | Active since May 2024 14 May 2024 at 13:42 DO NOT BANK WITH FNB On 08/04/24 I was a victim on online *****. 7 *****ulent payments amounting to R32900 went off my account using my VIRTUAL CARD. A card that FNB purports to be safe and secure. I was not prompted to authorize any transactions by means of a one time pins nor were there any warning from the FNB app to confirm the transactions.

To date, I have never been contacted by any investigator not have I had any feedback regarding the recovery and refund of my money. I have however received many calls from FNB wanting to upgrade my account or to sell me new products.

As a loyal customer of FNB for over 10 year, I am highly disappointed in the handling of this matter.

A word of advice ….. DO NOT BANK WITH FNB!! The automated response to my complaint does not solve my issue.
