FNB

I am really tired of the service that I'm receiving from FNB. This is now the third review I'm writing and the problem is still not resolved. The people of the Credit life department (MPP Department) doesn't get back to you and there is no cell phone number the call so how are we supposed to get an answer from FNB. It is really frustrating and I don't know what to do anymore !!!
