FNB 7-10 working day turnaround time to pay creditcard-transaction money over

I own my own business. From the start in 2011 I've been with FNB. On Saturday I do a large transaction, and by today (Tuesday) the money is still not in my Business Account. I phone, to be told because it was a large transaction (50K) it takes 7 to 10 WORKING days before they release the funds. In the meantime the client left with the goods purchased. The credit card slip said APPROVED - surely if this 7-10 days waiting period was legit it should say PENDING? I have never encountered this in 13 years. Maybe time to move on from FNB to YOCO or similar. Also was told by the (helpful, I'm not blaming him) person I spoke to, that there is no way to fast-track it.How must small businesses survive like this?
