Very disappointed with the service from Fnb ***** and who was the assigned investigator of my case. I am RMB PRIVATE client customer. I am with FNB 15 years. I am not feel security for FNB site and FNB/RMB credit card. Invest gate officer from assigned my case last month 20th October still my incident still running and I connected very day email them my incident status but not reply emails and very ignorance.
