They do not deserve a star for their services. I am still trying to get feedback for 4 years on a loan I never took money out of and gave statements showing that I only get charged interest fees and cant even access the funds. I have gone to the FNB branch for 4 years and everytime they tell me it will be sent to administration and removed yes we are 4 years and 4 months with no resolution and debt collectors are calling me for payment. FNB was the best but now they are the worst.
